We call back with dates, price and straight talk about fitness and season. If a route isn't right for you, we'll say so.
Confirm & relax
A small advance holds your seat. We handle permits, stays, vehicles and the mountain part — you handle the packing list we send.
Permit help, included. Border-valley routes (Adi Kailash, Darma, upper Johar) need an Inner Line Permit — we process it at Dharchula. Keep ready: government photo ID, 3 passport photos, medical fitness certificate. Foreign travellers: Protected Area Permit, ~60 days ahead — write to us early.
Season honesty. High routes and the yatra run May–June and September–October. Monsoon (Jul–Aug) is for valley walks only; winter (Nov–Feb) is Khaliya snow-trek season. We won't sell you a route in the wrong month.
